What are some implications that positive and negative ssRNA may have being able to replicate in of a host cell?

I need to know what implications there might be on viral ssRNA's ability to replicate inside of the host cell.I also wnat to know about descriptions of the machinery that must exist to help them begin replication of their genome within the host cell, and describe how this is different from the machinery the host cell uses.
