Why did Chris Benoit kill himself and his wife and kid?

When I found out on wwe.com that Chris Benoit was found dead I was devastated. Then today when I saw that he murdered his wife and kid, I was SO PISSED OFF. Ok I thought Chris was a good guy, but what kind of man kills their 9 year old son. Benoit, I really hope that YOU ARE IN HELL!
