Can a FlexFuel vehicle use both traditional and ethanol gas at the same time?

Yes, flex fuel vehicles can use, gasoline, ethanol or any combination of the two. You can fill it up with gasoline one time and E85 the next and it won't hurt the car at all. The fuel sensor adjusts based on the type of fuel used and how much oxygen it reads in the fuel.
