Has anybody heard of this horror film?

It is a horror movier from the makers of saw,someone told me about it and i would like to see the trailer of this movie.They said the name of the movie is The Conductor.They said its about this man who is going to break into a house but someone is already in the house killing the people or something.I dont know but i cant find the trailer anywhere can anyone help??
