5'6 , 192 .Okay so todays my first day , ( I know how the atkins diet works ) I was just wondering for the next 30 days is it possible to lose 20 pounds ? I will be doing the atkins diet ( im going to be eating lean meats and make it as healthy as possible ) and going to be exercising about 3 - 5 times a day ? Is this goal to far out ?
