Would McCain have been a good President since he has already ran out of steam in the Senate?

McCains ideas were warmed over Neo-Conservative policies that were tried and failed under the Bush Administration. McCain came of age when Ronald Reagan became president. He happened to have the misfortune to run for president just as the Reagan Revolution ended in catastrophic failure.
