Leaving the house for a long time, need crock pot recipes?

My boyfriend and I would like to make a crock pot meal day, ideally it is the day that we don't get home until around 9:00. It seems like it would be awesome if we were tired from a long day to come home to the smell of a home cooked meal. And we wouldn't have to do any cooking, just serve ourselves from the pot. But we leave the house at 7:40, and and we don't get home until 9:00, and that's a little over 11 hours. Our crock pot is pretty old, it doesn't have a time delay, and most recipes call for leaving it on low for 8 or 9 hours. I need recipes that can cook for 11 hours. And I need more than one so that we don't have the same meal every Tuesday. Can you guys help? Thanks so much!
